Meet The Team

Chet Seely
CEO
As a husband, father, CEO, and civic leader, I am a catalyst to help others realize that the time for creative action is now and the work of art is them. I hold a Masters of Business Administration from Indiana University and have owned or led several businesses over my 20-year career, some of which have been acquired and most of the others have gone on to become multi-billion dollar companies. But if that’s all you know about me then I will have failed in connecting with you as a leader and friend. I inspire others to become more of who they already are. Seeing people find their voice and use it to make a difference in the lives of others is what makes me happy. My beliefs about leading are to always trust first, work beside others, and be calm and optimistic in the face of uncertainty. As a leader, if serving is below you then leadership is beyond you. I believe that there is no greater privilege than creating opportunity for others to be remarkable, join voices and beautify lives. As champion of retro co.'s, goal of being the company that creates the most six figure earning positions in direct selling, I take the privilege of creating opportunity seriously. I also enjoy having fun and being with people who are honest and truthful, inclusive, straightforward, act with unselfishness and compassion, display empathy, and get things done. You can count on me to care and walk my talk. I honor transparency, quality, good intention, responsibility and co-creation. I have had the pleasure of living in many different parts of the world and my family and I love the fun-and-sun of Florida. Home will always be Philadelphia, where I can often be found playing tennis, running errands with Bacchus (our French Bulldog), enjoying ultimate Frisbee in the park, and supporting organizations to help develop the local economy and community.

Jeanne Goskie
VP of Sales & Marketing
Riding the most ridiculous, scream-my-head-off rollercoaster. Sitting in the sand watching the final moments of a fiery sunset. Front row of a U2 concert.  Finishing a marathon.  All epic experiences. But there are few things in life more exciting to me than seeing someone achieve something they once declared impossible.  I've seen some incredible stories unfold as I've worked with people over the last 20 years...everything from life-changing financial shifts to life-giving personal development.  These stories stay with me, reminding me that challenges are necessary but overrated, that overcoming is the secret sauce for success, and that true community is that “thing” we all crave. We’re building something super different here at retro co., all centered on offering everyone with skin a new way to face today.  My job is to make sure we go beyond the amazing skincare- we aim to invite people into possibility, to help them grasp that there's so much yet to do and see and be, and that pursuing the epic experiences is worth the cost, the work, and the risk every time.  I’m a life-long learner, an avid fan, a passionate advocate, and an average dancer. And I love to dance. I also love to run, eat, and play with friends, and I’m thankful for new mercies every day. When I'm not in the office, singing at the top of my lungs or chasing dogs in the hallways, you can find me with my handsome husband and two awesome kiddos in TN, or skipping somewhere around the world sharing the retro co. love.

Cheddi Rai
VP of Information Technology
I’m excited to bring my knowledge and experience in information technology, systems integrations and translating business processes as the Vice-President of Technology for retro co.  My experience in the technology field for various industries allows me to apply many best practices in our development of systems to support the field.  My primary goal is to ensure that our customers and CIOs enjoy a stable IT platform for all things retro so they can enjoy the benefits that come from a great product and business.  I enjoy playing basketball and video games in my free time.  I just took up cycling as well and am looking forward to the new experiences.

Christine Read
VP of CIO Central and Guideline Support

My number one goal and desire is, and always will be, to help others learn and discover endless possibilities within themselves. This desire has played out over the years in my different roles as a proud military spouse, mom to three beautiful children, and now "CiCi" to a beautiful grandson. During the past 16 years this goal has also been an imporant focus while working with and mentoring some of the best teams, at some of the fastest growing companies in the direct selling industry. My leadership philosophy is all about empowering others to look beyond what they see and to listen and discover what they can do to help others be successful. In my current role with retro co., I have the distinct opportunity to lead and teach a new team how to equip others to unlock their futures and reach their goals. For me, our ultimate success will be seeing our CIOs prosper today, tomorrow and well into the future.

As a militay brat and spouse, my family has lived in many parts of this amazing country, and while I have a home and family in Ohio, and family in Pennsylvania, I also call sunny Florida and my retro co. family my new home-away-from-home.

Lindy Hatfield Zinser
Director of Operations
My great passion in life is working with others in a team-oriented environment. I thrive in a fun, competitive, and organized atmosphere and enjoy connecting with people. I have years of experience leading Operations in cosmetics, skincare, haircare and medical device manufacturing. I currently work with upper management and suppliers striving to deliver high quality products to our customers. I am no stranger to teamwork, commitment and results playing four years of Division I college basketball and coaching six years of college basketball in Texas, going undefeated and winning an NCAA National Championship. My competitive nature and team-building spirit has-been and will always be a part of my everyday life.   As an avid sports fan, my husband and I look forward to college football season and college basketball March Madness. I am a wife, daughter, sister, proud aunt and soon-to-be Mom. Family is the most important to me, and I feel blessed to be able to work with a few of them every day.

Debbi Hatfield
Director of People Operations
Working as an advocate for others has just come natural. Born in northern Ohio, I earned a Bachelor's of Science degree, majoring in Social Work, from Bowling Green State University, which steered me into the workforce of healthcare. Family has always been a priority and I was blessed to work in my family's hometown healthcare business. This experience allowed me to develop over 20 years' in in top leadership roles within healthcare and administration. Holding a license in Social Work and Nursing Home Administration in Ohio, prior to relocating to Florida, was instramental in the startup of several successful family businesses. Now, I continue to share my leadership skills in People Operations and Talent at retro co., continuing my advocacy role and surrounding myself with people full of laughter and excitement. Relocating from Ohio was not only for the sun, but a gift to bring me closer to my children and enjoy the addition of grandchildren. I have the good fortune of serving retro co. and once again I am blessed to be working closely with my family. Spending time with my children and watching my grandchildren grow has made Fort Myers, Florida, my home. There is no bad day when you can spend it with family, sun and at the beach!
